Frequently Ask Questions

To become, a Knyabi member, you can sign up online or at our location. We have three types of members:

  1.  Knyabi Platinum Gold 
  2. Knyabi Silver
  3. Knyabi Bronze

To access our products and services, you can make a purchase online or at our location. 

All packages have to be used within the time frame of which they were purchased. Please note that a purchased package cannot be transferred to another individual and must be used for the individual of which it was first intended for.  

To understand our products and services better, you can call our location and speak with our receptionist. You can also visit the events and services pages on our website. Here, you will also find frequently asked questions and answers for each product. 

Only a few of our services require appointments. These include, massages and birthday party rentals. 

We have different products that are geared towards different age groups. Most of our programs facilitate children from as young as 2 months. Please read the information on our  events and services pages to get a better idea of the age requirements for each program. 

Once a service has been purchased, or a birthday party rental made, it is considered final sale and is therefore non-refundable. The purchase of all books and journals are also non-refundable. Apparels on the other hand are refundable within two business days once returned in the same condition as was purchased. We also facilitate exchanges on apparels. 

Parents are expected to remain at the location with their children at all times. For some of our products, parents can wait in the main area while for others, their direct supervision and interaction is mandatory.
